As with a lot of therapists today I am continually learning, trying to find the real answers to how we can heal ourselves and our animals. My work focuses on more holistic therapies which include the use of energy work, herbs and supplements – moving away from the conventional methods utilised in more modern medicine.
I have a gathered a wide range of knowledge through various areas of expertise, including: using the horse’s language both when working with the horse on the ground and during ridden work; bodywork using the Masterson Method ; energy work utilising the Tucker Biokinetic Technique; using the eye as a health assessment tool; vibrational healing using tuning forks; the use of essential oils. Plus decades of horticultural experience which I apply to field maintenance and which also complements my extensive knowledge of herbs.

When I talk about holistic, I mean 'all-encompassing', including lifestyle, environment, and the stresses of the horse, as well as physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. The information I gather and analyse can be used to guide the positive changes that are required. It is my belief that everything is curable, or at the very least we can support any weaknesses – we just have to find the right recipe. Every living creature is unique with varying genetic make-up, so I view and treat each equine as an individual.

My wide range of skills and qualifications means I can offer complementary holistic treatment sessions and comprehensive wellness programmes for equines. I am based near Frensham on the Surrey / East Hampshire border and cover both counties, and can travel further by arrangement.
